General

How do I find your facility?

Do you offer lockers?

Sorry, we don’t offer lockers or storage at this time.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Yes! We have free Wi-Fi available for all of our guests.

Admission

Do I still have to pay for admission if I’m not skating?

Admission for guests that are not skating is $4.

Do you allow any outside food or drinks?

No, we do not allow any outside food or drinks inside the facility. You may, however, purchase food, drinks, and snacks at our snack bar. The only exception to this is cake for reserved parties.

Do you offer discounts for large groups?

Do you offer a membership program?

Sorry, we do not offer a membership program at this time.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, or checks with manager approval.

Skates

Do you have a shop that sells skates & equipment?

Sorry, we don’t currently have a skate shop in the facility.

Am I allowed to use my own skates?

Yes, of course! All roller skates and Inline skates are welcome, as long as they are free from debris and have a toe-stop. Heelys are not allowed.

Do you have inline skates for rent?

No, we do not offer inline skates.

Snack Bar

Do you sell food? What do you have?

Yes! We have a wide variety of food options at our snack bar. Our current options are pizza, hot dogs, pretzels, nachos. We also offer Pepsi drink products and Sno-Cones!

Do you serve alcohol?

No, we do not serve alcohol.

Parties

Can I rent the facility privately for my party?

Yes. We offer private parties. Please call (931)484-0200 for more details.

How soon should I schedule my party in advance?

Our parties fill up quickly. We ask that you book in at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For your convenience, we offer a service to Book Your Party Online.

Do you require a deposit to book a birthday party?

Yes, we require a $100 deposit to book parties.

Can I purchase my cake or cupcakes from you?

At this time, we do not provide cakes or cupcakes.

Arcade

What kind of games do you have in the arcade?

We have a wide variety of fun and challenging games in our arcade! They range from all time favorites like Skeeball, Basketball, and Air Hockey to Shooting Games and Skill Games like the Claw!

Does the arcade take tokens or quarters?

All of our arcade machines take quarters. Skill games give tickets to spend for prizes at our prize counter!
